I hate to do it - I really hate to do it - but I am going to have to put a ban on some clans, or ranks in some clans. That means that you can't create a new cat in that rank/clan, excluding ceremonies. I'll only put a ban on a Clan/rank if the numbers in that clan/rank are getting pretty big considering all other ranks/clans. (ex: There are 10 apprentices and 12 warriors. Apprentices are going to be temporarily banned.) Here is my list:
WindClan:
Warrior: Closed (excluding ceremony)
Apprentice: Closed (excluding ceremony)
Kit: Closed (except for birth within the Clan)
Elder: Open (Only one or two, though. WindClan outnumbers all the other Clans by far; it's just not fair.
