Sandstar's lean, sandy-coloured figure leapt upon the Highrock and called the familiar summons to the Clan. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey meet at the Highrock now!" she yowled, glancing about.
Autumnfur padded over to the Highrock, looking up at her leader curiously. What was going on now? Excitement pulsed through the petite cat's body. Something exciting had to be happening.

Mapleclaw padded not far after Autumnfur,feeling drawen to the she-cat.Her new found friend was nice.SHe sta beside her and murmered in an ear."Wonder what this is about...?"

Twistedpaw and lostpaw padded out of the den and sat close to the rock.Stonekit ran out of the nursery his fur was messy so he cleaned it and stared at sandstar.

Autumnfur's leaf-green gaze and kitlike face turned to Mapleclaw, and the she-cat shrugged her shoulders. "StarClan knows. I wonder if anymore badgers have been found or something..." Her ears flicked about as if expected a badger to come flying into the camp and start attacking ThunderClan.
Sandstar noticed a good amount of the warriors gathered, and began the ceremony. "Today," she meowed. "We will watch a kit become an apprentice. Stonekit, today, will recieve his apprentice name and mentor."

Stonekits eyes widened and his paws trembled.Lostpaw and Twistedpaw watched rememvering when he became an a apprentice.

Mudpaw watched from where she sat, close to Twistedpaw. 'I wonder who his mentor will be' she thought. Her gaze went up to Sandstar as curisosity flooded through her. She locked her green gaze on Sandstar.

Sandstar flicked her tail, motioning for Stonekit to come up onto Highrock beside her. "Stonekit," she meowed to the grey kit. "From now on, you shall be known as Stonepaw." Sandstar's gaze flickered from Stonekit over to Mapleclaw, and she gestured for the she-cat to come up as well. "Mapleclaw, you have proven yourself to be a loyal ThunderClan warrior many tims," she meowed to the warrior. "And I think it is time you had an apprentice to pass your loyalty and knowledge to. From now on, Mapleclaw, you shall mentor Stonepaw."

Mapleclaw was still murmering in Autumnfur`s ear when she was called,and stood rigid for a moment.There was a gentle nudge form behind,and Mapleclaw`s eyes flickered ot the corner.Lightningtail smiled gently.Mapleclaw jumped up and stepped forward,gulping.She touched Stonepaw`s nose gently and smiled emensly.

Autumnfur grinned as her newfound friend was upon the Highrock with Stonepaw and Sandstar. This could be fun. They could train together now that they each had an apprentice, or they could chat about what they're apprentices had accomplished...whose was better with what. Not only that, but Autumnfur had a feeling this must've been Mapleclaw's first apprentice, judging by her shock.
Sandstar smiled to the warrior and murmured to her so only Mapleclaw could hear: "You're doing just fine." Sandstar's gaze swept across her Clanmates for a moment, then rested on their entire group as one. "And with that, we welcome Stonepaw tonight in the apprentices den, and hope he does well in his apprenticeship. Thank you." Sandstar grinned during the last two sentences, then leapt shortly from Highrock and moved steadily towards her den. She was tired.

Stonepaw took a step back when they touched noses and Stonepaw looked happily at his mentor adn turned to sandstar."Thank you."he whispered before going to his new den mates.Lostpaw battered his ears and twistedpaw smiled.There was whispering before lostpaw padded away and twistedpaw and stonepaw walked up to autumnfur and mapleclaw."Can me and twistedpaw pick your guys fresh kill."they asked smiling.

Mapleclaw was still recovering a bit.A ragged split tail brushed against her,and her thick form jumped in surprise."Lightningtail!"She breathed,eyes widening.The old tom laughed."Your apprentices are bugging."Mapleclaw turned and stared at Stonepaw.Lightningtail`s smile slipped from his face.Maybe the she-cat wasnt cut out for having an apprentice.Mapleclaw`s eyes were wide with nerves.Or was it?She finnaly gulped and choked out words."Uh....Uh,oh...W-well,why dont w-we go hunting?"She stammered,flicking her tail towards the entrance.
